Press & Media Policy – Sananda Maitreya

This policy applies to all members of the press, media outlets, photographers, bloggers, and other content creators requesting access to Sananda Maitreya’s performances, interviews, or materials.

  1. Accreditation

All requests for press or photo accreditation must be submitted in advance through the official channels. Approval is at the sole discretion of TreeHouse Publishing, Sananda Maitreya’s official management and publisher. Accreditation confirmation must be received before any access to restricted areas or events is granted.

  1. Photography & Video

Professional photography and filming are permitted only with prior written authorization.
Use of images, video clips, or footage must always credit the artist as Sananda Maitreya.
The former stage name is to be referenced for historical context only and must never appear in captions, titles, or promotional materials without explicit approval. All photos and videos must be used in a respectful, non-altered, and non-defamatory manner.

  1. Official Name

The artist must always be credited exclusively as Sananda Maitreya in all forms of publication, syndication, captioning, and metadata. No other names, aliases, or former stage names may be used.

  1. Publication & Editorial Use

Images and footage may be used solely for editorial and journalistic purposes, such as concert reviews, interviews, and features directly related to Sananda Maitreya and his official activities.
Any other form of use, including advertising, commercial campaigns, or brand collaborations, requires prior written consent.

  1. Merchandise & Image Use

Under no circumstances are any photographs, artwork, likenesses, or other visual materials of Sananda Maitreya permitted to be used for the creation, sale, or promotion of merchandise (including but not limited to apparel, posters, prints, accessories, novelty items, souvenirs, or promotional products) without explicit prior written consent from TreeHouse Publishing.
Any unauthorized use of Sananda Maitreya’s image, name, or likeness for merchandise will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in legal action.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials: visual, audio, and written remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and/or TreeHouse Publishing Srl.
By using or publishing such materials, you agree to comply with these terms and to remove any unauthorized content upon request.

  1. Credit

All published images must include the following credit line:
(Photographer’s Name) for TreeHouse Publishing and a link to the official website www.SanandaMaitreya.com
