I understand that MP3s and other digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be refunded once the download has started.

Digital products, including MP3 downloads and sheet music, are supplied immediately after purchase. By completing the order, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun.

For CDs, DVDs, vinyl and other sealed audio/video recordings, the right of withdrawal applies only if the product is returned sealed and unopened.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal is excluded once sealed audio or video recordings have been opened after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective, damaged or incorrect products.
